喬格俠，女，1966年2月出生。中國科學院動物研究所研究員，博士生導師，蚜蟲系統進化研究組組長，動物研究所所長助理，國家動物博物館館長。

主要研究領域

　　蚜蟲分類及系統發育、區系與動物地理學、分子系統學與進化、蚜蟲與植物關系及害蟲研究。

科研項目

　　先后主持國家自然科學基金、科技基礎條件平臺重點項目課題、科技部基礎工作專項課題、中國科學院創新重要方向性項目、中國科學院創新工程領域前沿項目、國際合作等項目20余項，主要參與項目10項。

主要業績

　　1997年至今已發表論文131篇，其中SCI收錄論文37篇；科學專著4部；科普專著1部。系統研究中國蚜總科昆蟲，鑒定描述400余種，重新記述國外40多種的模式標本；建立4屬18種的新異名；對32屬蚜蟲進行系統厘定，澄清了對有些類群的錯誤記載。利用支序系統學的理論方法，研究扁蚜科等3科蚜蟲的系統發育關系，對亞科的界定和系統地位提出獨到見解。利用支序生物地理學方法，研究了扁蚜科昆蟲的地理分布格局和特有分布區之間的祖裔關系。利用GIS技術，對中國斑蚜科和斑蚜科側棘斑蚜屬的地理分布格局進行了探討。利用分子生物學的方法，探討了刺蚜亞科的系統演化關系，為建立合理客觀的分類系統提供分子水平的依據；研究了扁蚜亞科的分子系統發育關系，探討了扁蚜亞科蠟片、蟲癭等重要形態特征的演化；基于分子數據，研究了五節根蚜族和癭綿蚜族的系統發育關系，分別探討了蟲癭在兩個族內的起源和演化。基于物種信息庫，利用GIS技術和PAE分析方法，探討了青藏－喜馬拉雅地區蚜蟲的多樣性與地理分布格局，提出了該地區5個蚜蟲的特有分布區，并分析了格局的主要成因；利用相似系數，研究和對比分析了中國大陸與臺灣島嶼的蚜蟲區系的相似性與差異，討論了臺灣與中國大陸蚜蟲區系的歷史淵源；對橫斷山區蚜蟲的物種多樣性與地理分布格局進行了系統研究，從三個不同角度分析了橫斷山區蚜蟲區系的歷史淵源。目前在系統分類、物種多樣性、地理分布格局研究的同時，重點開展蚜蟲DNA分類、蚜蟲與寄主植物的協同進化、分子系統學與分子進化方面的研究。
